Vendor Liaison dutiesEnsure vendors/participants adhere to program regulationsAnnual Vendor Training - Plan meeting, prepare packets, track attendanceMaintain Vendor File3.
WIC Client Services/Administrative dutiesProvide support to WIC Clerks in interpreting state policies and offering guidanceMonitor INWIC scheduler and coordinate with INWIC Scheduling TeamSubmit annual Equipment/Computer InventoryPlace supply order on a monthly basis and prepare purchase ordersAttend WIC Manager/Staff meetings and record minutesPetty Cash - Maintain and reconcile4.
Voter Registration dutiesInterpret state policy to ensure all clinic staff comply with federal regulationsTrain local staffOversee voter registration and ensure registration forms are available in each clinic and delivered weekly to local county clerk officesServe as the liaison5.
Farmer's Market Coordination dutiesInterpret state policy and provide guidance to clinic staff to ensure complianceProvide Farmer's Market training annually to staffAnalyze past benefit issuance and decide on appropriate number of benefits that will be assigned to each clinic siteDevelop handout, prepared and distributed for each countyDefine distribution method to participants and determine adjustments as necessaryGENERAL DUTIES:
Performs tasks as requested and be held directly responsible to the WIC Director Be thoroughly familiar with, and review at least annually, personnel policies and procedures of New Hope Services, Inc Maintain confidentiality regarding all personnel and financial matters of the corporationContribute to team effort to accomplish facility objectives
Qualifications:

Experience:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
